I can't think of five off the top of my head, but Amber Glenn's short is one of the highlights of this season for me..

Normally, ID has my favorite programs, but the decades theme is such a struggle and then limits what teams are willing to do for the FD.

Some people mind reusing programs during Olympic year, but I like it. It make Olympic years kind of like those Best of the ... CD compilations. Many of the programs still have room to grow after a year--non competitive artists perform the same classic for years on end. And it makes sense to me. For a possibly once in a lifetime or at least once every 4 years opportunity to make an impression on non-figure skating fans, bring out the best of what they've learned over the last quad.I know some of those are used second season in a row but I'm glad they are. ID: ... nothing. I wish I'd ignored this discipline throughout this quadrennial.
And it stands out to me that I really didn't like any long program at all this season...

1 Yuma's short and free programs - jazz and Turandot!
2 Piper and Paul's free dance - Vincent the exhibition skate that became a free dance
3 Alysa's short program - Laufey contemplation
4 Tomas Guarino's Minions program - so unique and fun
5 Max Naumov's short program - cannot go wrong with a Chopin Nocturne
6 Donovan Carrillo - Elvis
2 Piper and Paul's free dance - Vincent the exhibition skate that became a free dance

Lol. And unsurprisingly another person who thinks no long program was worth watching.
But I will say, she was never a contender for anything, but Beverly Zhu's performances at Chinese Nationals were worth a watch. Some of the more expressive performances this year.

There are a small handful worth watching but none that inspire me to the degree a really great program should. If I have to pick the best LP per discipline of the season:
Women: Mone Chiba
Men: sigh. what a wasteland. maybe Roman Sadovsky, but if we are talking about programs that start with Clair de Lune and then transition into a modern song, Stephen Carriere did it better - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oCsL_iiD20 (ugh, that Tara and Johnny commentary)
