Lvl 4 twist,hmm there is team that is doing lvl 3 still and is near the top

Upon reading the scores after the fact, I've noticed that sometimes a level 3 twist will get higher total marks than someone else's level 4 twist, because of higher GOE. Riku/Ryuichi's for one, I believe.
