2026 World Figure Skating Championships | Pairs' Short Program

I am so thrilled for Perriera and Michaud. What a fantastic SP! I actually like their Gladiator LP even more. Can they produce again? I hope so. I thought Minerva and Vadym's performance was sharp, clean and dynamic; well deserved first. From a technical stand point the Georgians technical performance deserves second but I felt there were too many cross-over moments and the expression was an after-thought to the elements.

I didn't think of the weak phone signal sound, but you're right.

I keep trying to watch on regular CBC, but when I first go to cbc.ca, it tells me abruptly: Watch on Gem. :no3: Which is a bit of a pain if I forget and tune in late, and then have to fiddle around finding the sports section and sign in and so forth and so on, having no interest in their other offerings. I used to be able to just go straight to my bookmarked cbc.ca/sports/winter/olympics/figure-skating (or whatever the URL was).
I used to go to the current video from the schedule page, but now the link on that page is incorrect. I find it near impossible to find things (especially past streams) through the CBC pages. I find the best way is to Google CBC (whatever I want to find). For example, yesterday when the pairs link didn't work, I googled CBC figure skating pairs and it popped right up.

Also strange at this level, that the Georgians canNOT finish the dead spiral properly, only on the knee of the woman....
