Mone's skating skills are just exquisite, that running edge out of the axel is a thing of beauty and she was incredible in the step sequence.

But the combo was a bit shaky, got a q call and apparently an edge call on the lutz. Still, she got massive PCS deservedly and is in a good position.

i would only opt for a 3A-Combo, if the team thinks she has a fair chance to do so. Otherwise i think that for the upcoming worlds a clean fs could be more beneficial mentally than a fall on a 3A-Combo were you had no chance of success.

I think she can take it .. because she has a 3A ( and a good one) .. so even in the worst scenario she is still fighting for podium.
I think the problem was the LP in teams .. she was affected by it

I think it's good position for Mone, she's better at chasing then running away. Anyway, I'm super happy for Japanese girls and Alysa, girls were amazing today. Heartbroken for Amber and Maddie.

I thought the scoring was quite fair today. Of course, you might wish for one skater to get one more point and think the score for another is too positive, but overall I think it was spot on.

As i am the supporter of Adeliia Petrosian, hope she can do 2 quads in FP, only then she can be on the podium. I cross my fingers. I wish her the best. I am not so much interested in the other skaters, as their FP is simply classic, usually no exciting parts could be expected.
