The concept of world records in skating is ridiculous since the scoring guidelines change every year, and even event to event, panels do not apply then consistently.
The best we can hope is that the judges judge fairly in each competition.
Kozlovski should have checked the protocols of the two events. S&H 2022 beat M&K 2026 based on PCS, but M&K dominated on tech. S&H had the quad twist, but they only did 3t2t2t and had a very ur'd 3S. M&K only had a triple twist but they had a good 3S and a 3t2A2A combination, so they crushed S&H 2022 in TES.
