I think I'll suggest to my freelance writer friends there's an active special market for them: writing gracious we're-splitting-up announcements for ice dancers and pairs skaters. "Positive, upbeat tone essential."

With active pro career opportunities dwindling, did too many have Olympics-or-nothing as their driving goal, and now there's a letdown as they eye starting another four-year slog again? They have a point, if so. They may be contemplating four more years of expense and hard work, and one of the couple decides no while the other says yes. I don't know, of course, just trying to think of possible causes for this epidemic.

I loved watching Alicia and Paul so much. I've seen them live and it was great. This is heart breaking. .

Sasha Korovin’s Instagram shows he has relocated to Manila to coach full time. He seems to be having a great time in his new country and is pursuing his mixed martial arts hobby. No official notice yet but for all practical purposes he and Bella won’t be appearing next season, which is no surprise since their goal was the 2026 Olympics.
