Edeas for beginners?

Hello! I'm female, 45 kg, 161cm, 13 years old
(My feet stopped growing like, 2-3 years ago)
I'm a beginner and starting my singles soon, I haven't had skates and did all these past levels with rentals
I've been told by a few people that Edeas would be great for my feet
My parents told me that they'd buy me skates, the price currently doesn't matter, but I have to use them for 4-5 years at least
Do you have any suggestions?
I particularly like stiffer boots
And I plan on continuing the sport
And would getting higher level skates cause an injury?
Also, I'm pretty lost with blades
Thank you!

Hi and welcome. First of all, we would need to know your foot type for myself or others here to determine if you have the correct foot type for an edea or what brand would best fit your feet.
Once I (we) know that we can suggest the proper boots for you and blades.

Next: You do not need super stiff boots for your height/weight/ and skating level stats. Too stiff boots will injure you.

Also, parents must realize you will not have boots that last you longer than say 2 years tops depending on how you advance and the needs for higher boots for higher level advancement. Boots will never last you 4-5 years.

Good luck!

Hello!
Thank you for your reply
I have African foot type apparently, and very skinny feet
I'm not really sure about brands myself, I don't have much information about them and this is just what I've been told by the others
Oh! Okay, I will tell them and they'll hopefully understand
And another matter is that we don't have all of the brands in my country (just Jackson and Edea I think) because figure skating is not a really common sport
Thank you again

Ic3Rabbit has explained to you about the fit and lifespan of boots. For blades, basic MKPros or Coronation Aces will do you from beginner on up. Your parents need to realize blades also have a limited lifespan and will need to be replaced from time to time, depending on how often you skate. And they need to be sharpened often by a professional blade technician. Lots of expenses that pile up in figure skating, but I hope you're able to pursue your dream!

(Are you sure, by the way, that at 13 you've stopped growing, and are not just having a lull before another growth spurt? I stayed the same height and general size for a few years from about 12 to 15 and then in one year I grew almost 6". All my clothes and shoes had to be replaced several times during that year as I kept growing.)

Hello!
Thank you for your reply
I will discuss your suggestions with my coach
Thanks a lot!
(Honestly, I don't know, not my height definitely. But shoes have been the same size since I was 10, and my mom said that her shoe size has been the same since she was 11)

African foot type is not exactly a skinny foot.

What country are you in so I know what I can suggest and also who to send you to in order to get a fitting.

Also, not all coaches are experts on this kind of thing, just know that.
