Indeed @Tutto. I don't know what it is, but I have felt the same way, just in general. It feels like this summer is passing quite slowly, despite each 24-hour period seeming to zip by. But the summer itself feels endless, for some reason. It's hard to describe that dichotomy. The wildfire smoke from Canada and Minnesota happened earlier this month, and I'm still reeling from the effects, but it seems like it happened in a long ago dreamscape.
🌫 It looked outside like we were on the set of a Doomsday movie! The sky was filled with billows of light yellowish smoke blowing in from the northward lake and heading south (while spreading east and west) over the tall buildings. Olympics and Worlds feels like eons ago.
