I think they bring up Putin because they think he paid off some judges.
These allegations need to be proven and if evidence exists, not simply heresay, should be lodged in a court of law.

Well your opinion does not represent me,
And i guess that's as far as we can go on this
(And don't even try bringing in the Judges and commentators. You MUST know you're outnumbered, Or at least evenly matched)
Opinions do not matter, nor does personal liking or uber-fandom when it comes to judging performances.
Like I said, *proof* that Sotnikova did worse, that Kim expressed herself or performed much better than she did, like the way the NYTimes writer provided, is more valid in discussing judging outcomes.

OMG Adelina Sotnikova is trending on twitter for her amazing skate.
Take a look. I didn't know people thought her performance was the best. wooooww

Nonsense. Every time Kim skates with her ethereal presence this is what she gets. She doesn't burst into joy like other skaters when she successfully lands a jump. Jumps are part of her choreography, the story she sells. Sure other skaters "exude" emotions and "joy" when they managed to not fall. I can see that. But Kim is beyond that - or at least she tries to be above that point. People criticize her because she is so otherworldly - same criticism she received after the Vancouver. Just because she is above other skaters doesn't mean she isn't human. Just because splatting isn't part of her normal routine it doesn't mean she has no emotion. I watched her SP many times and the emotions are all there.

That's the petition,
If you're so sure of yourself go ahead and sign it, Get the investigation going,
I mean, All the marks were deserved, So what harm could happen other than proof for you ?
Come on, this petition is an agenda, you should know it. I don't have to sign this because there are already swarm mobilization type software at work, it always did for Kim ubers, Youtube videos with hundreds, thousands of preposterous Likes/Dislikes made this quite clear. It doesn't happen to other skaters, just sayin'...Like I said, it is disrespectful to skaters who gave the performance of their lives.Kim didn't, I wish she did, results are just.
@qwertskates: You still haven't responded my request. Of course it's your choice, but I'd think explaining the following scores given to Adelina by a judge would help making your case. :disapp:
Sorry guys I ve been there and Olympic Games is not just FigureSkating, I went to mountain cluster events too and sports outside FS ladies LP, so to say the Sochi Games or Russia doesnt deserve these Games a failure is a bit off, writes off all the work done, the great venues, the amazing volunteers and so on...

I'm pretty sure Kostner fans are ticked off, and I wager if Mao skated decently in the SP and got robbed of a medal, you would see the same amount complaints (and probably the anger of the Japanese Skating Federation). So it's not true that this doesn't happen to other skaters.
She did perform extremely well, except for that one jump. If this judge thinks it's +3, another judge thinks it's +2, so what? ALL judges agreed they were +GOE worthy.
I liked all her jumps, powerful, great height, as did many others, deal with it.
