Lol it's a gossip article what do you expect. They probably made up some details to make the article more interesting.

Living in Canada, they definitely made up that we "deer meat". Seriously? I've lived in Canada for more than a decade and I've never encountered 'deer meat'. As for the portions, you can eat whatever you want; large or small amount, either/or. The article makes Canadians sound like barbarians who only eat deer meat and steak.

Like all of Hanyu's fans, I wish for him to be healthy most of all.

Maria Victoria, thank you again for sharing my videos I loved working on the one that included the "best comments" form the Worlds and it's really great to know that other people enjoyed it, too.

I have to say I was really impressed watching all the great videos and photos you nice people shared from Yuzu's parade. Seeing such an insane number of people gathered together to celebrate a local son who made it big is impressive by itself. But knowing that all that immense crowd, including the celebrated hero himself, went through such an unspeakable tragic and traumatic experience just three years ago and seeing them now, victorious and overjoyed... it's just mindblowing, it gives me chills. Sorry if I sound overdramatic, but it pretty much made me realise that the human spirit is a hard thing to break, no matter the circumnstances I can't even begin to imagine what that parade meant to all of them and most of all to Yuzuru. He's so so young and he has already experienced so many extraordinary things (and sadly, not always the good kind of 'extraordinary').

Welcome Ana. No you don't sound overdramatic at all, and I think a lot of us watching videos and seeing pictures of the victory parade held by Sendai for Yuzuru feel the same way you do. I was touched to see in one video a young father holding up his son so the latter could see see Yuzuru and people staking out their position at the sidewalk to get the best possible view long before the parade even started. Great moment for Sendai and its favorite son.

^Thanks skatefan22. Actually I found Yuzuru having an all-female honor guard during his victory parade cute. Same for the musical arrangement for the band playing Nino Rota's "Romeo and Juliet," which made it even sound almost jaunty.

That sounds about right. I feel like with these girls skating isn't the only skill they have. I sense they're also black belts.

Anyhow, it's really nice to see how everyone seems so happy during the parade! Sendai and its people have gone through so much, and I'm glad that there's this chance now for them to celebrate. Aww, the girls acting as his honor guard are too cute, though. Though I imagine it's not so nice to be standing there on a swaying truck in skirts that might fly up at any moment.

I have just found the post text about that, personally I don't think it's true. Just gossip and people don't believe it (it only has several notes).

Personally I don't think we should pay much attention to such gossip. Just like on Yulia thread the reporter said she was dating her traning mate and her coach was furious and replied that's not true.=)))))))

Oh dear Maria (if you dont mind please allow me to call you this ), I heard rumors floating around on the Internet about Yuzu and Marika (they said Yuzu confessed his feeling to her and even some said they used to date). Actually I would be happy for him if the rumors are true. She seems really sweet and cute. I once saw a video in which Marika addressed Yuzu as her number 1 favorite skater and revealed they used to play video games, have a good time and skate together. Adorable kids!
Correct me if I'm wrong but Yuzu once said he enjoy listening to Taylor Swift's music right? And by Marika's instagram we can tell she is also a big big fan of Taylor's
Another interesting thing, Marika's present skating coach is Nanami Abe sensei! Such a nice coincident (actually this is less than coincident since Marika is living in Sendai).
Anyways it's still gossip, but if they really used to date or even are dating, then no doubt why Yuzu can interpret the love theme of two R&J versions that pretty well.
