Tatiana Volosozhar & Maxim Trankov

True. But just one more week and then their shows are (hopefully!) done
He really seems to want to have a say in everything even though it didn't look like she wanted to say more.
She looks with very sweet eyes at him a few times so most likely she's not bothered by that and just enjoys watching him talk.

Someone was saying that they have free time from May 7th to 25th, which is a bit more than two weeks. Some sand, water and sun would help them a lot (and us too ).

But did you see the synchronized death spiral afterwards of V/T ans S/K?

YES. Just love it. I'd really love to see both pairs perform together in an EX or something. Like when S/S did with Tatiana and Stanislav a few years ago.
I'd be AWESOME.

Yes that would definitely help all of us :agree:
What is on the 25th?
I though they'd just start again in June...

They should just perform that more often at those gala finals
That'd be really cool

I don't know, it's what I saw written. I don't know if it's a guess of someone or something they said in an interview during this tour. But they have the Denis Ten shows in Kazakhstan starting May 29.

Edit: Nina Moser will train another pair starting next season Davankova + someone named Enbert (he was coached by Oleg Vasiliev before). That would be the 4th pair she will train. Isn't this a bit too much? I'm starting to worry about Tatiana and Maxim, 4 pairs seems way too many for a single trainer.

Hmmm, okay I thought that wasn't official yet.

Who's the fourth pair then?
She has V/T, S/K Davankova/unknown name ;) and who else?

Someone named Enbert took part at Europeans at 2010-2011 season.
Mozer isn't a single coach - she works with large nomber of coaches (Stas Morozov, Vladislav Zhovnirski and others) and has a lot of pairs - VT, SK, Tarasova-Morozov, Fedorova-Miroshkin, new pairs - Zabiyako-Larionov and Davankova-Enbert and some junior and novice pairs (I don't know how many, but they aren't high level at the moment)

The 4th pair is Larionov + new girl, don't know her name.

Oh okay I didn't know truck driver had a new partner already
But I don't think that we have to worry.
Nina knows where to set her priorities and that will be the victories of V/T and S/K.
IMO Yuri will not become a better skater just 'cause he changed partners and Davankova/Enbert will probably start at Juniors mainly and just be inruduced in Senior competitions.

What I found quite interesting during my research was, that Debutat and Davankova split 'cause she grew too tall for him, but that Vera Bazarova is actually taller than Vailisa.

...and as usual, Max with the microphone and Fedor without Ksenia :ohwell:;)

Thanks to kinoriH & orangella for the extra links to the Vladivostok show video. Those VK links are only kind to me about half the time - LOL. (Thanks to annafer for posting it in the first place :)) I loved how Max continued holding Tanya up well after the lift was over, and the strength that those guys have - WOW! Impressed with Fedor waving to the crowd as he held Ksenia high with one arm.

I would also love to see more synchronized skating from pairs. The synchronized death spiral was VERY COOL

I hope so, even though it's not fair for the others. Vera Bazarova said 3 pairs were a crowd already. But I'm thankful Tanya and Max have Stas, because from the training videos I saw he seems like a very good coach, very involved. I think he works more with them than Nina, who seems more like a manager.

Hi everybody there. I feel it's time now to post after reading in this thread for quite a while :) I am a Skating fan for many many years and I followed Tanya and Max when they were with their former Partners. I was quite fascinated by Maxims personality and Tanyas elegance. When I heard about their teaming up I suddenly fell in love with them after watching a Video with a test skate in 2010. From that moment I was a huge fan of them. I love how elegant and passionate they are on the ice and that they are not just skating to music but always tell a story with their programs. My favourite SP is Masquarade Waltz, LP is Black Swan.
I love the fact that they are good friends with Stéphane Lambiel who will always stay my all-time-favourite male skater.
They are artists on the ice and I am soooo happy that they will stay in competitive skating. I think now they are much more freer because they realized their dream. Now they can create new programs and try out new things, I think this will be really exciting to watch.

You definitely word it ;)
Usually all the Russian pairs won their OGM and quit afterwards, so I really like that they continue competing as well :)

And of course: Welcome to the forum.
It's always great to find new people to share interests with ;) :agree:

Thanks for the welcome! I am glad that I found such a forum, and that there are people around who love Tanya and Max too. Honestly I am much more interested in their skating and I don't need to know all the details about their private life (but I am soo happy for them that they found each other also off the ice), but of course I don't mind the cute pics and Videos :yay:

Could someone please write a "schedule" for their upcoming shows after this tour? :)

Love Tanya with the glasses

About Maxim interrupting Tanya in an interview again, I have thought of the possibility of Maxim having some type of ADHD or something. The way he behaves (tantrums, can´t sit still, very energetic, intense emotions, interrupting etc.) makes me suspect it. Not that it matters at all but still.

I had the exact same thoughts before as well.

Well about their upcoming shows it's All That Skate from May 4th to 6th.
And then we have Denis Ten's show from 25th of May to 1st of June (but only 3 shows in that time so not every day :))

Oh it wasn´t more than that  Thanks :)

Well I think not. I mean someone was talking about shows in China but I have heard nothing about that.
So I presume that that's it :)
Enough in my opinion anyways.
They've been constantly working since December and need to continue working for the new programs

EDIT
Didn't anyone want to upload their Olympic training video?
