Oh my Javi! this is a big surprise!
Thank you very much! Yuzuru's short program is indeed crazy! Just image his stamina problem is solved and he can perform his long like he did with his short... the score will be crazy for him in the long.

I know, just imagine how crazy these lists will look if he keeps improving upon his stamina

Ok, the highest-ever rankings should be:

SP
1) Yuzuru Hanyu 101.45 2014 Olympics
2) Yuzuru Hanyu 99.84 2013-2014 GPF
3) Patrick Chan 98.52 2013 TEB

5) Tatsuki Machida 98.21 2014 Worlds
6) Yuzuru Hanyu 97.98 2014 Olympics Team Event
7) Patrick Chan 97.52 2014 Olympics
8) Javier Fernandez 96.42 2014 Worlds
9) Daisuke Takahashi 95.55 2013 NHK Trophy
10) Yuzuru Hanyu 95.37 2013 TEB

FS
1) Patrick Chan 196.75 2013 TEB
2) Yuzuru Hanyu 193.41 2013-2014 GPF
3) Patrick Chan 192.61 2013-2014 GPF

9) Daisuke Takahashi 182.72 2012 WTT
10) Takahiko Kozuka 180.79 2011 Worlds

I noticed that FSGMT included WTT but satine94 did not - if WTT 2012 was included, Takahashi would be 3rd on the FS PCS ranking with 93.58.

Thank you for the hard work compiling these rankings!

You're missing Takahashi's 2013 NHK short - he got a 95.55 and should be in 9th place.

 Missed that one! I also did not look up the Olympic TE protocols! I'll do some revisions later, thanks for noting this ;)

Just to make this thread more complete (as I did for the girls) these are the rankings with national scores taken into account; I think these are quite ineteresting, too, even if we can't obviously 100% compare national and international scores.

SP
1) Yuzuru Hanyu 103.10 2014 Japanese Nationals
2) Yuzuru Hanyu 101.45 2014 Olympics
3) Patrick Chan 101.33 2012 Canadian Nationals
4) Evgeni Plushenko 100.09 2010 Russian Nationals
5) Jeremy Abbott 99.86 2014 United States Nationals
6) Yuzuru Hanyu 99.84 2013-2014 GPF
7) Patrick Chan 98.52 2013 TEB
8) Evgeni Plushenko 98.41 2014 Russian Nationals
9) Patrick Chan 98.37 2013 Worlds
10) Tatsuki Machida 98.21 2014 Worlds
It is interesting to see that all of these scores but one (Plushenko's) have been obtained after 2010, so without one step sequence!

FS
1) Patrick Chan 200.81 2012 Canadian Nationals
2) Patrick Chan 197.07 2011 Canadian Nationals
3) Patrick Chan 196.75 2013 TEB
4) Yuzuru Hanyu 194.70 2014 Japanese Nationals
5) Yuzuru Hanyu 193.41 2013-2014 GPF
6) Patrick Chan 192.61 2013-2014 GPF
7) Daisuke Takahashi 192.36 2013 Japanese Nationals
8) Yuzuru Hanyu 191.35 2014 Worlds
9) Patrick Chan 187.96 2011 Worlds
10) Yuzuru Hanyu 187.55 Japanese Nationals 2013
Yuzuru+Patrick=9 out of 10

This is why I want Patrick to come back  It would make things so much more interesting IMO :yay:

Yeah it would. Unfortunately as it is right now, if Yuzuru is in a competition he has to either mess up a few times or another skater has to perform their lights out in order to be in contention for gold. It's a great thing he is so skilled, but I wish there were someone who could match him...

:sarcasm: Have you seen his new layout for LP? That's crazy!!! I mean seriously next season might be going through the roller coaster for his fans. 3 quads, one combo in the second half.

I know, it's crazy. Of course, as users in his fanfest thread have pointed out, people also called his past programs crazy :p This is a new level though. I only hope he doesn't get injured.

What's his new layout going to be?

And I certainly think he's beatable, Machida came close, and Fernandez stands a good chance. But he will be incredibly hard to beat given his artistry is only improving and he is upping already maxed out technical content.

His new layout is 95 BV :sarcasm: (5 points higher than last season :sarcasm:)

I think with this program he will be beatable only if he will miss some jumps(unless Javier will bring the same layout and will step up to be his equal rival). Skating this cleanly 200 points is likely in the air

I don't care about the gold, after all he's had all. But with THAT layout, 95 BV? Crazy! He could hardly finish his last season's layout (bonus collapsing on the ice). I mean I don't get what's in his mind after all. I hope he won't be injured. That's all. I mean, if only he watered down his BV, he could have more clean programs. :bang:
