and now I see the underwear lines. . . And this is why men should be allowed to wear tights. . . uniformly colored flesh tights under that would have solved the problem! I still don't get the costume. . . you can't see him on the ice. . . and are those supposed to be bloody slash marks on his upper body? I just don't get it.

I just think it is a horrid costume.

Excellent capture! And now I will forever be looking for it in clips. . . sigh. If you don't want to show your chest, tighten up the laces. Not a big fan of the trick panel.

They can wear tights under their pants if they want, they just can't wear tights instead of pants.

While looking found this one as well and thought it was just adorable.

I find V necks attractive. . . I tend to find sharp points and angles attractive, so it works well for me. It does not have to be a plunging one, but I do like the angles. I like the point more than I would a rounded line. . . regardless of where it falls on the chest.

I saw the tweet about performing Juke at Ice Dreams, but that costume. From what little I see, it looks more like Farmer in the Dell than blues. :confused: I did like the pink and black get-up that they were all wearing in another photo I saw, but that was a group outfit.

Never mind ... sorry, sorry, sorry. I see now that someone else tweeted that Jason's exhibition is Cotton-Eyed Joe. (The Farmer in the Dell vibe was confusing to me as well, LOL -- but now makes sense.)

Same person says that Jason's hair was not braided for Juke.

I believe the explanation is that Jason's FITD ;) costume with the overalls is for his Cotton-Eyed Joe exhibition -- which he apparently skated at the Ice Dreams show (as well as his SP).

ETA, I have fixed my error as to which show Jason headlined. By accident, originally had written An Evening with Champions. Hope that I did not confuse anyone else.​
 
I must have missed something-- I am not familiar with the Cotton-Eyed Joe exhibition. I'll need to look back at the posts here
to find out what it is! FWIW, I'm not a fan of the "farmer Joe" look-- even on someone as cute as Jason. (Not that anyone asked!)

My first (and only) knowledge of Jason's Cotton-Eyed Joe exhibition was someone's tweet this weekend (see post #1731 on this page).

In other news ... re Nebelhorn:
(1) Jason and Max Settlage (a very entertaining guy in his own right :)) apparently will be blogging for icenetwork.
(2) The live streaming site for Nebelhorn is posted in the competition thread.​

In interview, @jasonbskates says #Sochi2014 "still feels like a dream." Hasn't watched his performances, nor the Opening/Closing ceremonies

Re the blogs, I wonder if IceNetwork has a selection process? I though Chase Belmontes' blog was adorable, and Jimmy Ma's was cute too. Of course, Jason's last year was the best.:laugh:

Jason's hair looks normal (I think?) in the photo from their flight to Nebelhorn that Mariah tweeted. :)

I think the way the sunlight fell on Jason's hair in the photo he tweeted made it look partially bleached.
