Janet Morrissey, the 1979 Canadian Figure Skating champion, finished 19th at her first and only Worlds in Vienna in 1979. I believe she finished 18th in the FS and 19th overall. I am surprised she did not finish higher in the FS because, for 1979, her technical content was pretty good.
