Helsinki, FINLAND - 1999 World Figure Skating Championships, Ice Dancing, Original Dance - Angelika Krylova and Oleg Ovsiannikov of Russia placed a surprising 2nd in the Original Dance. Combine with the results of the Compulsory Dance, they remained in 1st Place going into the Free Dance.
