Milan, ITALY - 1998 European Figure Skating Championships, Ice Dancing, Free Dance - Anjelika Krylova and Oleg Ovsiannikov of Russia were not able to out skate their rivals, Grishuk & Platov, and had to once again finish 2nd to them in the Free Dance. They would drop from 1st to 2nd Place overall.
