Helsinki, FINLAND - 1999 World Figure Skating Championships, Men's Short Program - Takeshi Honda of Japan placed 8th in the Short Program. With his 3rd Place finish in the Qualifying Round, he was in 7th Place going into the Long Program. CTV's commentators were Ron Black and Barbara Underhill.
