Helsinki, FINLAND - 1999 World Figure Skating Championships, Men's Short Program - Aleksei Yagudin of Russia placed 2nd in the Short Program. With his 1st Place finish in the Qualifying Round, Group B, he was in 2nd Place going into the Long Program.
