Helsinki, FINLAND - 1999 World Figure Skating Championships, Men's Long Program - Timothy Goebel of the United States placed 12th. He would move up from 13th to 12th Place overall. In the Long Program, Timothy landed a 4S-3T and attempted a second 4S, which he stepped out of the landing.
