Russia’s Victoria Sinitsina and Ruslan Zhiganshin dominated the Junior Grand Prix (JGP) circuit in ice dance this fall, winning all three events including the JGP Final of Figure Skating.
Nice article. I remember that their free dance was one of the ones that I watched multiple times when IceNetwork had the Lake Placid JGP viewable for free.
I do think there's one slightly-error-ish statement though. The article says "Still, they didn’t make it to Junior Worlds as the competition inside Russia is so tough." in regards to the 2010-2011 season. However, I thought it was mainly due to the fact that Victoria Sinitsina was ill and they had to withdraw from the Russian Junior National Championships. I don't remember if she was better before Junior Worlds, but this illness was still part of the reason why they didn't make the team.
