I cannot agree more. Speed is important I think.
I love Yuna's speed on ice (of course her coverage)...and wow Gold seems to have a great speed too
Gold can be really strong contender in a year (Olympic!)

Miki is done. I think a comeback from her at this point would be a flop (and I doubt she even attempts one). Then again even if she was likely to do very poorly at the Games I bet the JSF would still send her over Suzuki just for the endorsement money she would bring to them during the Games, ala 2006.

I dont think she would come back unless she was really motivated and really a contender, neither which would be true at this point. Then again she might just for the free trip to the Olympics. As already mentioned I think the JSF would send her to come 12th or 16th rather than send Suzuki to come 7th or 9th.
