2014 Nebelhorn Trophy

Oh geez! I was really looking forward to seeing Denis' programs. :(

Me too... so sorry for him. I watched Kavaguti/Smirnov on demand. K/S = quality skating  So happy for them to be able to come back like this. Also watched Robin's comeback

I'm Pistache Rose, but I'm very sorry I had no idea someone would want to watch ice dance and I arrive late so I thought that it would be useless to record them!

I had trouble with my camera all day and I erase Grenier/Deschamps by mistake so I only have those 4 and a bit of Jason at the end of the practice.

I'll try to do better tomorrow morning if they don't show practice

Thanks for posting the videos that you did. I just watched one on your channel.

Thank you again Alex D! I was a bit surprised H/B were scored as they were, but then again I'm a fan and one of those with high expectations. I'm sure their PCS marks were really hurt by her fall.

Men's SP is starting now, right? Too bad I have patients to see at work...I know what I'm doing as soon as I get home!

This song about the greatness of a nice butt while the men warm up is just too

props to the song chooser for their humor.

Solid enough skate, but he uses too much time to set up jumps, meaning empty choreography

SP: 43.27/35.00 = 78.27, 1st (out of 2)

Great music choice by Michael Brezina! Is that from Games of Thrones?
Choreography - nothing special, but ok
jumps - step out of 4sal

Elladj BALDE (CAN)

Dark blue shirt, vest w/ sparkly stones, pin stripe pants

SP: 37.23/34.50 = 71.73, 2nd (out of 3)

Haha Balde's program is one worth watching! So much positiv energy and great charisma to the music: I feel good :D

Jason Brown:
good flow, good ss and nice sit spin with illusion spin :) For me Balde was a bit more musical and had better choreography, but solid clean skate from Jason

Jason BROWN (USA)

Blue shirt, big suspenders, black pants

Music: Juke by Little Walters

3A - ok, bit telegraphed
3F+3T - ok, bit close on rotation
CSSp - meant to touch hand with ice (aka illusion spin)?
StSq
3Lz - 'tano

Decent skate, but not quite (yet) my taste of choreo, but he sells it.

SP: 43.50/40.09 = 83.59, 1st (out 4)
