I can guarantee if Frank Carroll hadn't made those comments about Julia's overscoring, the judges would be putting Gracie Gold behind Julia...goes to show how important it is to have a high profile coach who will campaign for you.

Maybe if Yuna had stayed with Orser or a higher-profile coach (or was from a high-profile country), they would be more generous with her scores?

As it stands, I don't see Yuna winning even if she brings it. It's really unfortunate...

Wow...it just came over me...I don't think I'm going to watch tonight. I just can't anymore with these judges. I like Adelina but she has one of the worst choreographically programs imo and that is winning the gold.

ITA. I think, I am out of here, too. I love Yuna but I could have accepted Kostner winning gold with that balanced, harmonious program. But Adelina Sotnikova? Again, I´d be o.k., if it were because of the technical value - but not with those pcs, and particularly not knowing that Yuna does not have the smallest chance to get the same pcs - no matter what she does. Sotnikova has nearly five points more in pcs than Mao. Ridiculous!

This is actually painful. I too may be done with fandom of this sport. I wonder if Any media outlet will pick up on the fact that while the uninformed viewer will just accept this, people who actually follow the sport are saying, *** (in mulitple languages...)

Did Ashley really think they were going to give her the high scores. I actually feel for her because after Nationals she fell out of favor with the international judges which is totally should not be a part of this "sport". Not fair. What's also not fair is now these corrupt people have me taking up for of all people....Ashley.
