After watching the entire SP event on a constantly freezing, mammary-obsessed feed, I've just now checked to see that Eurosport live feed for my laptop is only 3,99 euros per month.

At least I noticed now not at the end of the whole competition

The first skater to get any deductions was Gracie in 5th place. The top 4 skated clean programs.

Yulia's 3lz-3t was the highest scored element.

That said.......Mao was a hero for all and I couldn't be happier for her. What a skate and shame on the judge giving her -1 on her 3a. (we need this smiley face) - lease:

Julia still hasn't gone through puberty---time will tell how well Julia will be able to rotate and land her jumps when she has boobs and hips.

How do you know she hasn't gone through puberty? Most girls go through it around ages 12-13. It's kind of a private matter, too.

I don't think her performance has been uploaded to YouTube yet, so I don't have the video evidence. But, on the slow-mo replay, it looked as if her edge rolled over to an inside edge right before she took off. She is a chronic flutzer, and there are too many technical specialists who overlook her flutz.

PCS shouldn't be affected by the jump content. That's part of the TES. And are Russians getting a boost in Japan, too?

I told myself I won't think about Sochi, but it's impossible. Mao with this SP and that FS Probably she wouldn't have won with all the russian inflation, but she would have been on the podium. Anyway, these thoughts are useless right now.

If you want to get crude about it, puberty begins with sexual reproductive capabilities. For figure skaters the concern physical growth horizontally, which tends to finish in the mid-late teens.

Don't even try to compare it to the shenanigans at Sochi. That's like conservative born again American Christians crying that LGBT people are persecuting them because they can't persecute LGBT people anymore. You may sell that somewhere else, but I for one ain't buying it.

I'm giving USA less than a decade before it ends up like Yugoslavia. At least Russia will still be around by then.

yeah i can't help thinking what would've happened if she'd skated this short with her sochi long in the olympics

probably still would've lost to sotnikova but she would've gotten silver, imo

Was nervous for Yulia, but she did so well! LOVED Mao and Caro=) Deserved placements. Pogo's score is ok - she doesn't have enough international experience. Most of all I'm happy that Russia will( if clean) get those 3 places!
