2015 US Nationals TV and Webstream Schedules

ICYMI: today (Jan 21) ONLY, $24.99 will buy an IceNetwork Season Pass -- with discount code CHAMPS15, per IN's tweets and Facebook post.

Direct quote from IN's social media:
"Beginning midnight ET on Jan. 21 and running for the next 24 hours, use the promo code ..."

I can NOT thank you enough!!!

I was just about to go to bed after a long day and decided to check here for a minute first... So glad I did - I had already decided not to buy the season pass this year as I'm not too flush at the moment and it seemed like a lot of money - with the code it's nothing really, a measly 20 euros. Couldn't even get a decent box of wine for that

I went from soo melancholy to all happy and excited in a minute! Thank you SO SO much golden411!!!

I think you are in Europe?

Just a caveat that AFAIK, IN geo-blocks a lot of stuff, although U.S. Nats is a major exception to geo-blocking -- again, AFAIK??

I think 20 euros is a very fair price even for just the US Nats, and for others outside of the US the Hola unblocker has worked, or so I hear.

I watch the live events mostly on Eurosport in any case, but I'm really looking forward to the backstage and studio stuff on Icenetwork!

Anyone outside the U.S. may want to review this page regarding blackout restrictions and geo-blocking:

http://web.icenetwork.com/help/blackout

Some former IceNetwork subscribers here (living outside the U.S.) have reported that their accounts were closed by IN.

Others have reported successfully using tools such as Hola to circumvent geo-blocking.

Agreed that $24.99 is a great deal, although with the figure skating season being half over already, I wish the normal $50USD Season Pass price would drop for more than just a one day deal.

Edit: And thanks, golden411, for sharing this discount code today! (Too bad I can't use it myself...)

Do you guys think there will be a stream out there, somewhere in this big world?

Was hoping for the same thing. I haven't found anything for pairs so far. As someone else mentioned, there's a Japanese station that is going to show the Ladies short and it looks promising that there might be a stream for that. If I find it and nobody posts it before me, then I'll be sure to post it here in this thread.

If anyone finds anything for pairs, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Yeah i can't find any streams so if any of you guys find a stream please post it here for the people who don't want to pay/and or can't afford to watch on icenetwork.

Boo. I mean, in the press conference they were all about getting their pairs up to be competitors on the world stage so then they should probably give them as much attention as the other disciplines too.

All I can see is the Ice Network logo.. has it started yet?

The 3:30 press conference has ended.

Next event, AFAIK, is IceDesk at 7:35 pm ET today.

(Last year, IIRC, the backstage stream played the SkateRadio audio at least some of the time??? BUT maybe it was only during the NBC broadcasts when IN was not able to show the live competition video??? :confused2:)

ETA:
The original IceDesk schedule had one "prior to the opening ceremony at approximately 6:45 p.m." ... Maybe it was cancelled???

IceNetwork isn't working for me, so if anyone has a stream that'd be great!

Figures. I subscribed in the past and I wasn't pleased with the stream quality. A paid product should function better than a free stream, but they don't.

This. In fact, sometimes it was worse. And this wasn't a one time thing- it was every event every year. Also I know for some people $50 isn't a ton of money, but for me sometimes it really has been, so at this point I pass.

This is sad - nationals going on & no way to see the action or even read about it...
Scores now up for first 2

I hope somebody posts a summary of the press conference. I don't know who he is, but he talked about how to change the current anonymous judging system, what to do for the next olympics, and synchronized skating etc. I think the comments are useful and worthy to be mentioned on GS.
