EWWWW Are you serious??
Ugh, I didn't notice. Some of the subways were really dirty, so not that surprising really.
Well to bring it back to topic -- Spokane doesn't have a rodent problem. At least as far as I know...
Okay at first glance I thought your username was "mice," and I found it ironic that you were saying eww.![]()
How ironic would that be.
Ugh, can this event start already!!!? I want to see Jason's new sp!!
I have never seen a mouse in any arena I have ever been in till now. The ironic thing was that on the local news, they shut down a supermarket for one dead mouse and some mouse droppings. In the arena, they had to cover the condiment dispensors with cellophane to keep the rodents from eating/drinking out of them and leaving their droppings on the food prep surfaces.....I was waiting for a mouse to cross the ice when a skater was on the ice. Did the vids show the person who threw the big white envelope on the ice while the bearded male skater was warming up for his short and he skated backwards right over it and fell?

What the heck is the difference between a ground squirrel and a regular squirrel? FWIW: I love squirrels. Where I grew up they were everywhere and we loved them. We had black, grey, and reddish ones pretty much anywhere you went and they were all types of fat.![]()
^^ Yeah, I'm wondering what they did with visas. Can they prepare visas without knowing whether they'll compete or not??![]()
At first, I thought what a cute story it must be; a squirrel needs its visa to enter another country...and I read the two posts wrong.

So it seems that TCC has its own separate price tag to watch on icenetwork

Who else think it's disrespectful to skaters to drag in time anouncement who will compete? Looks like "soon" might be as well in a week :noshake:
At this point Team Challenge Cup should be paying us to watch.
As usual I think the price point is too high for one competition... I've been saying this pretty consistently but I think the powers that be do not have a realistic idea of what the average person will pay to watch one (non top level) competition. Sometimes they even charge more than what it would cost to buy tickets to see the event in person (though that's certainly not the case here). Compounding this problem is the fact that sites that charge almost invariably don't even have great streaming. I also think it's crappy that they are trying to charge season subscribers more for this competition. Basically I encourage people to just say no.
