2016 US Nationals Senior Men SP

Me whenever I hear the rubbish cover of Your Song :scowl:

It's only 8 pm here in Portlandia but I really hope that Max and Adam make my having watched 2+ hours of this worth the time I could have been taking a nap... (my regret from the ladies SP).

Jason WILL petition to be on the world team- confirmed by Ice Network and TSL today.

Guess I'll be eating my words then! :munchmunchmunch::palmf: Oh well, if he and Kori genuinely believe that's what they should do, well, they've got good heads on their shoulders so... I guess I'll just have to trust them!

I wish US Nationals was at the of Japanese Nationals, and I wish Russian Nationals was the time of US nationals

That would be difficult because there would not be enough time for the Russian skaters to recover and get ready for Europeans. You would need that and 4CC to be switched

Robert Przepioski~ Tux shirt, undone bow tie, skating to Frank Sinatra. Pleasant, happy, but a bit slow. Jumps not perfect. Seems to skip through the program- literally. Did he just use an inside axel as a choreographic element? I'm zoning a bit.

Ready for Max and Adam!

Rob Przepioski looks like he loves to skate. Sometimes it's not necessarily the ones who are the competitive who are the best to watch, but the ones who smile genuinely through and after a program :)

Apparently Adam isn't going for the 4Lz in the short, only the free. Smart choice, he can get more points on his signature 3Lz than he has on his quad attempts.

Okay, I really HATE to keep on the US nationals hate but I'm sorry this really is the worst Nationals Event... So far

I disagree. I find the men here more enjoyable than Russian nationals, and Dance is leaps and bounds better, while ladies and pairs were better at Russians (though more than a couple Russian ladies made a mess of it).

As for Japanese nationals, only really the men's event and top handful of ladies. Pairs and Dance are basically non-existent.

I hope Adam does his quad lutz even if its <<. At least it'll bring some excitement to this pretty lovely, but somewhat safe event so far.
