I think at this point it‘s almost impossible to predict. It all comes down to whether she lands her quads or not. And whether Anna lands them.

As we‘ve already discussed in her fanfest: Nope there isn‘t yet. The news are apparently from someone who trains at the same rink as her (not TCC, it‘s another Toronto based rink) but there hasn’t been any confirmation as to whether this is really true.

There’s been a tradition where the medalist at the first JGP ends up winning the final (usually the champion but once the silver medalist apparently)

Ooh I skated to this about 5 years ago lol, it was for more of a fun program though. I can’t really picture Zhenya skating to it? Would be interesting though, and out of the box for her.

WHAAAT?! She‘d have been senior skater #2 with Eteri after only Alina, with Buyanova, she‘s number what...5? 6? That‘s just crazy how many skaters left this off-season. Medvedeva, Tsurskaya, Tarakanova and now Panenkova, too. What‘s happening there ??
