I follow Alina's fans vs Zhenya fans since Olympics and I still think it's nothing compared to Mao's fans vs Yuna's fans.

The whole thing is however ridiculous and both sides reflect badly on the girls

Agreed. I did enjoy the article since it fairly described my feelings about this situation as well. I was a fan of Medvedeva (definetely not a hater now, but just more reserved towards her) but her actions and words did confuse me.
There is really no hate there just fair points of a person who had some time to think through the whole situation and bring their thoughts together in an article.

I wasn‘t commenting about the article itself, maybe I should have been more clear about that. The article - which I indeed have read, btw - is at least fairly reasonable, you‘re right about that. It‘s more that it‘s the same old discussion over and over again when we have JUST moved on. So, even though the article isn’t as bad as we’re used to, I frankly just don‘t understand how it brings anything new to the topic. We can start talking about it again, if people want to but I personally think there are more interesting things happening this week.
