I actually wonder if we can extract info based on the CS plans. Orser sait Autumn Classic or Finlandia Trophy. Both are early in the season usually, so i would think it means she maybe will not do SA, but do a CS as her first event of the season.

People doing an early GP event like SA this year usually do an early CS event too. E.g. Yuzuru Hanyu last year had CoR as his first GP, which was the first GP, and he did Autumn Classic.

Looks like fun. But Eteri is probably thinking what the heck is Alina doing putting all her weight on 1 leg and jumping on 1 leg.

That's the question. It would be interesting to see how the other two girls (who have "better skating skills" according to some) did that.

That was super impressive from Alina!

And the closest comparison I can think of is during reheresals for the Olympic Gala where Misha Ge challenged a few others to a similiar sort of obstacle course (less the little jumping things) https://myjunkisyuzuruhanyu.tumblr....misha-ges-ice-bottle-challenge-vid-1-misha-is - on the video click on the arrows to see a few other skaters - including Yuzu! - try it!

I wonder if training that sort of thing would be helpful for skaters, looks more exciting than figures, but helps with your edges!

For figure skaters... Well, I'm really not sure. It would be very interesting to see. But there are these sorts of competitions on roller blades.

I would like to see some of other people's faves do the same before they say that Alina has "bad skating skills".
Probably someone like Osmond wouldn't be able to do even half of that obstacles line.

I would frame it differently: Osmond would not want to face Medvedeva. I don't think at this point Medvedeva cares about anyone but Zagitova.

Osmond is not trying to imitate Zagitova! That was a program that was choreographed for the three skaters for the Ice Shiw. They are all doing the same program...oh my....
