That's kind of ironic. Unlike Evgenya Alina never openly praised Japan. But it seems like the Japanese love Alina more.
As well due to the fact that Zhenya already has a sponsorship with Pantene she may be not contractually allowed to sign with this company which is also a makeup company so even if they wanted her they wouldn’t be able to sign her unlike Alina
Medvedeva‘s Sailor Moon exhibition was one of the most watched videos on YT before it was taken down because of copyright issues. Both the creator of Yuri on Ice and Sailor Moon have admiration for her and would be very insulted if you called their work “comic books“. They are called anime. Manga is probably what you mean, they are similar to comic books but I‘m not even sure whether Evgenia is into this? Japanese love her. But if it makes you happy to think that she only ”invented“ her love for their culture... then, very well, do it. People in Japan wouldn‘t agree with you but we are allowed to dream, right?
