Am I the only one who is thinking that it's too soon for her to compete at GP series?

I think she’ll do some domestic events and Challengers. She cannot be on the GP series unless Russia puts her in the TBD spot for Rostelecom.

Oh, that’s right! So it’s anyone’s guess who’ll make the 3-person team. Alina has been so busy with sponsors, maybe it’s cut into her training time. Evgenia has a new coach and is tweaking with her technique. Stanislava is a federation favorite. I strongly feel that anything could happen with the Team.

Samodelkina and Berestovskaya will be at Moscow Open, but Akatieva will not be.

Maybe she is just setting up the best chance to secure second place with her most reliable layout. Of course I’m assuming lower BV equals more reliable which isn’t always true.

For me it‘s a bit of a weird case. Skating and program wise it‘s 1. Polina 2. Masha 3. Liza because as boring Masha‘s programs might be, she just seems much more elegant than Liza and the programs don‘t seem as sloppy. But I wish Liza to have a great season because I like her personality and I think she deserves is. And her jumps (3A! 3Lz! :luv17: ) are breathtakingly wonderful of course. So, I really don‘t know who I want to take that third spot. Too many ladies. But if I had to choose I would take Polina simply for the fact that both Masha and Liza already had their chance to prove themselves at Worlds while Polina was always hindered by illnesses and injuries. And I just like her the most of all three of them. She has grace, elegance, artistry and a gorgeous technique, too. I just feel like if she‘s healthy, she‘s the complete package. And her problems with her health robbed her of so many great chances to compete and get medals. So, yeah. Even though I like Liza and Masha, I will be rooting for Polina this season to take the third spot.
