Also it wasn't Yuzuru's fault for Patrick messing up his skate as well, especially after his comeback. Both didn't cause each other no harm ahaha![]()
Patrick still won, so you are right.. no harm ...

You're right, I completely forgot Gabby was 4-6 seed. So Carolina might be the best option for SC but I really doubt there'll be no Japanese lady at SC. They have too many ladies and only 6 GP events and they can't pitch them all against each other at other GPs.

No, SC gold is cursed! Just ask Shoma, cursed to silvers ever since.
If it's the same kind of curse as 4CC gold curse, I don't mind Yuzu only get sc silver, also 4cc silver. Because he got 2 oly golds instead, which are the ones matter the most.
Although he himself probably still want to collect that gold in the future though. For your price range I’d actually recommend Section 115 or 104, on the judges side. All the best stuff happens facing the judges and at least IMO, the angle isn’t particularly distracting, and you get a better view of some stuff that happens near the boards.
Obviously Boyang can beat Shoma, and he can lose to Mikhail (as he did at CoC last year), but by the law of averages Mikhail is the less dangerous opponent. He he, Shoma can lose to Boyang in case of messy performance. 4CC does ring the bell, right?![]()
Assuming Russia preempts anybody else in the seed going to CoR, and with Nathan doing SA and France, if Mikhail doesn’t get CoC then he either has to do NHK and do back-to-back events, or do SCI, in which case Shoma does back-to-back events at CoC and NHK.On the GP, of course any host country hoping for another winner would go with Kolyada. But he's only going to be available for one pick outside of Russia so that may come down to the order of the draw. (There's a pretty decent chance of Vincent in China along with Boyang & three seeded athletes. Cup of China could be deep this year).
Ladies:
*Hendrickx
*Medvedeva
*Higuchi
*Kihira
*Zagitova
* Guliakova

What I’m hoping for:I hope Hendrickx will make it as well! That would be great.
From what I think now, it will be:
-Medvedeva
-Zagitova
-Higuchi
-Miyahara
-Mihara
-Sakamoto/Sotskova
Yes, I think the Japanese ladies are strong and also stabilizing. There are many Russian girls apart from the big 2 who are good, but they are either a bit unstable or might not get enough GP spots to have any chance to get there. Kihira hasn't been consistent enough. Probably I'm wrong and only 1 or 2 on this list will make it
What I'm hoping for:
-Hendrickx
-Medvedeva
-Higuchi
-Mihara
-Tuktamysheva
-Lim/Sakamoto
This doesn't mean I don't like Miyahara or Zagitova, but the above are the ones I'd like to see there this year.

Tsurskaya
Panenkova

Hendrickx / Tennell / Miyahara / Mihara
