Lol the program is pretty funny. They can't do anything about ending with four Russians, so they tried their best to fill the other slots of the second half with non-Russians. But they had still had to put another Russian pair there, because Russia swept the pairs podium. I suppose they could have put the Chinese pair who are also performing in the gala in the second half instead, but then the first half would be too Russia-heavy (the Chinese pair are currently performing between two Russians)
