Conspiracy theory: Alena had her triple axel the whole time last season, but Team Tutberidize was saving it as their secret weapon for this season. What do you guys think?![]()
Actually, it may be a good thing if Alina's left out of European/Worlds. She has nothing left to prove, the spots for Russia seem to be in good hands with the 3A, so she could take the time to start training quads for the following season if she wants to remain competitive and go for a second olympic run.

I'm more concerned with another question. Who will make the first 5T? Akatieva, Valieva or Trusova? Or together at Tutberidze's Show in Krasnodar next summer?
Base value of currently planned content (SP + FS combined):
1. Trusova: 92,78
2. Alena: 77,90 (with 3A in SP)
3. Anna: 77,49
--- Goodbye to---
4. Liza: 75,51
5. Alina 67,28
6. Evgenia: something in the lower 60s
No one. I strongly hope so, at least. These are young, growing girls and quads already put huge pressure on the body. 5T? No way. I want them to actually be able to walk after they‘re done with competing. I guess this was a joke but still... people asking for more and more from these girls make me anxious.
Oh my God! It's the most perfect triple axel I have ever seen. Alena made an incredibly tough jump look so smooth and easy.
Yessssss!There’s also a video of a 3A2T.
This is the happiest day of the season. What do you think is gonna happen now? I guess nobody saw it coming. Can she beat Alexandra?

Remember... medals aren't given based on the planned content!

Alina either:
a) is confident (because she believes that she can prevail with what she has now);
b) doesn't care (because she skates for fun whether she wins or not);
c) has already a surprise in the bag.
Whatever variant is on the table, I believe in Alina. We saw her super confident and happy at test skates and JO and I think she already chose her variant.
4Lz+3T at Anna was counted?

Actually, Evgenia‘s planned BV is 65,26 with a 3F+3T in the SP and 66,02 with a 3F+3Lo. So, definitely not enough to contend with the top spots if all are clean but not exactly in the “lower“ 60s either. Now, I don‘t know if she will skate cleanly and her lutz is a question mark, so it doesn‘t mean that these numbers will be accurate. I still do find it funny how you calculated everyone down to two decimals but couldn‘t even bother to at least look up her content.![]()
Also, I don‘t see how this means “goodbye“ to the other ladies. Alina, for example just scored 154 to Sasha‘s 160. So, nope, no goodbye at all there. I don‘t know what you people seem to have, being so eager to counting the girls out as soon as new ones hit senior. In the end it will come down to who performs the cleanest and those are going to win. Just because the 3A are currently in the top 3 spots doesn’t mean they have to stay there in actual competition.
I counted everything that has been practised or performed this season. So for Anna one 4Lz for now.
