I think it looks similar to Alina's Phantom of the Opera ? dress. I like it more though.. Anna always looks lovely on the ice.

As for the Anna's dress, the coulrs used on it remind Kamila's dress for her Spartacus program, though I think otherwise it is different.

That laugh at the end of first part of music reminds me of Leonova's witch program. She had one witchy laugh at the same moment there.
