Yeah, she turned 13 a month too late to be a junior and made it to Junior Nats because she won Novice A Nats

This was my thought the first time I saw her on the JGP or Pairs, her jumps are good enough for pairs she would hold beautiful positions in lifts. Jumping is not her thing, but the basics are beautiful!

Ow what a weird fall on the salchow for Azusa. That and a few more dodgy landings will keep her back. But it was a nice Rondo interpretation and a beautiful red dress.

I think Japanese women's skating will just fine in the future. They have so many talented seniors and lots of promising young juniors.

nice ChSq with fall: 3.0 - 2.2 - 1 (fall) = -0.2
no ChSq or barely visible: 3.0 + 0.0 = 3.0

Chiba Mone is so bright on my eyes this morning. She is skating to one of my favorite pieces of music.

Looked UR on the 3-3 combination but other than that very good! Her skating is light and easy across the ice.

Oh nooooooo freak fall in the choreo seq. That is such a bummer! Well good job anyway, I hope we see her for years to come.
