honestly I think liza berestovskaya was a bit underscored here? especially on the pcs side. she deserves way higher than a 7 in PE especially for that short program! It's confusing because at first I thought that maybe they were just being strict, but other skaters have gotten pretty lenient and high PCS (like samodelkina who has pretty high PCS despite not great performances), so why did they just underscore liza?

Beats me, especially considering her JGP spot AND she's from CSKA... AND she's a very lovely girl...

Probably more important question is will she receive a spot at JGP at all?

I think overall judging was pretty strict. But Zinina was a clear winner, no questions. I liked Titova’s short so much, I am happy she ended up the 3rd, though I can see how she is so close to Berestovskaya, but neither was perfect in the free.

I am hoping so much that Samodelkina can gain during the season, but it could be the low year for her, unfortunately…
