I thought I wouldn't see anything worse than a devastated Zhenya yesterday, but today the other Zhenya was even more devastated.

I'm very upset that they missed this chance. I like that Katya looked supportive. Not mad or smth.

But now, I'm also very happy for Sh/G. This was probably their only chance ever. Also I really like their dances and personality.

Well, P/C had lots of mistakes during season, and Liza had to fix a lot of her issues until they started to look really good.

People were acting like they were a complete disaster without any prospects though, not just that they still needed time to get used to each other and the programs. I remember tons of comments just dragging Liza, as if she was nothing more than a pretty face and calling her a massive downgrade to Irina. Some people even said Dario should have skated with Vasilisa (... which would definitely not have been a good fit).

With K/N the main problem is that despite just a 5 years difference in age, Maxim looks like he's in his late 30's and dancing with a teenager. So, it looks kinda awkward, despite attempts to mask Vasilisa's age.

They're currently in a similar situation as Chock/Bates were at the beginning of their partnership. She's the star, but he's clearly the better skater technically and there's a certain level of mismatch in maturity (even though Madi and Evan aren't as far apart in age as K/N).

I'd add that Vasilisa is very artistic just like Madison.

I actually liked her programs a lot more this tournament I dont know why I didn't like them throughout the season.

I love when the girls can put behind the past and just be happy for when they finally skate clean.
