Number of participants:
Seniors: up to 12 singles, 10 pairs, 12 ice dance couples in one stage. Singles have five stages, pairs and ice dancers have four stages.
Juniors: up to 18 singles, 12 pairs, 15 ice dance couples in one stage. All disciplines at all six stages.

Minimum age limits:
Seniors: 16 years
Juniors: 13 years (12 for the national team members in single skating)
In single skating, the minimum age must be reached by 1 July. In pair skating and ice dance — by the time of a competition.
