I commented earlier during the Juniors that one of the skaters was wearing a costume that looked like it could have been bought out of Primark.

Well, I repeat it for Daniel. A plain white T-shirt and plain black trousers.

By, my goodness, what beautiful music. And what beautiful skating!

But, what happened in the middle?! It was like we had stepped into Javi's aerobics class for a while!

Ah, it's alright. Normal service has been resumed. We're into "Swan Lake" now.

Yesterday was just a blip. Today, he was great!!!

Your Mama and I are so proud.

He goes into a massive lead in both FS and overall. By nearly 30 points in each.

I think the simple look worked in this case, because my interpretation of the start was that it was depicting a ballet class. And any ballet classes I have seen in films or TV have the dancers wearing clothes like that.

Then there is some weird stuff in the middle that I can't work out.

And then by the end of the programme, he is starring in a production of "Swan Lake".

But, I may be interpreting the story of the programme wrong.

Well done to Semen on the quads but brave to skate to Sinnerman while Jason is still competing.

WOW!!!! I never thought we would see somebody skating to "Creep"!!!

But, what on earth is this cover?! Come back Radiohead!!! All is forgiven!!!

The piano instrumental version of it that followed was nice, though.

As for "Sinnerman", I've heard more impactful versions of it too.

Great choice of songs, but not a great choice of versions of those songs. This would be an epic programme if different versions of the songs had been used.

The skating was better, though.

Semen DANILIANTS (ARM) goes into 3rd in the FS, and 2nd overall.

Good skate from Daniliants. Apparently he got consistent with a 4T.

….these dudes got together and picked songs out of a hat for their programs. This amount of awfulness aint a coincidence.
