Actually going with the music if you understand French. Singer says "Je voudrais voir le monde à l'envers" when Adam does backflip, which means "I would like to see the world upside down" ;-)

I remember squealing with delight at those toe steps when I first saw it this January during NWSF, the steps are so, so good live

Fair point, but I still maintain that it does not go at all with the melody and breaks the mood. But hey, I may not like it but if others do good for them!

I'm waiting for protocols but I'm assuming that he got minus GOE on his spins, with that downgraded 3A that would've hurt. I'm okay with the spins, he does need to work on them, but (sigh) those PCS...

As expected, minus GOE on two spins hurt a lot. But seriously he could've gotten more GOE on the steps and (deep sigh) PCS will kill me sooner or later
The singer was Gregory Lemarchal. Died at 23, Adam's current age. They couldn't get him a lung transplant in time.
All movement in this program is timed with Lemarchal's voice, as I would expect it to be. When the voice breaks, so does Adam's movement as he did with his spins, then lands a jump exactly when the voice breaks again. The timing is good but would have been even better without the break at the waist on the 4 Lutz. As for the back flip, it brings everything to the program as the voice hits a crescendo right at the point of the song: to be above the earth, upside down, since he does not feel at home here. Frankly, had the back flip not been put in at that moment, I would question Benoit and Adam's thought process since it's such an obvious choice.
I look forward to seeing it polished up as the season moves on.
