Really solid competition for H/D, I'm so pleased they are back this season

I liked this much better than yesterday. Yesterday they were very static, today much more dynamic. A few communication problems, but overall well done. And I like the costumes (not the cover though).

Well done the Ukrainians! I was not into their music (speaking of annoying covers being used in FS ... ) but whatever ... they had a very sarisfying FS, certainly can feel proud right now. And it obviously wasn't easy for them to prepare for these Europeans given the war in Ukraine. Certainly they were training outside their home country.

Re Ukrainians: Nice to see a twist somewhere other than at the beginning of the program.

A few mistakes, they looked tense.
Ghilardi/Ambrosini were great, though

In fact, they are training in Dnipro, Ukraine.

It's very clear that these two are still finding their footing as a team, but what also is just as clear is their joy for skating, and their connection to each other and the music.

If I were to look only at the transitions, the ChSq or the StSq from yesterday, I would not think in a thousand years that they are as new of a team as they are, it just becomes somewhat obvious in some of the technical elements
