Quick story.

I was once on an excavation, and there were three Polish exchange students with us. Two of them were girls, and I got on particularly well with one of them. (Yes, I fancied her!) Anyway, I became friends with her on Facebook. And over the years, I have seen lots of photos of her and her boyfriend taking part in historical re-enactments. And I have a vague recollection that I have seen him as a Viking with braids.

I should add, they are now married.
