2025-26 Canadian Olympic/Championship Selection Criteria and Pools

If ZK win 4CC they would add 840 points in (2025-26). However, they would drop 428 points (2023-24)



They would pass CPOM. They probably would pass Read and Ambrulevicius.
However, they would still be short of a few points to pass Piper and Paul.

At least, that's what I understand. Anyone better than me at this who can confirm ?

Keegan Messing
The veteran skater said if asked, he would attend the Four Continents, but if asked to attend Worlds, he’d let the “next generation come in and the step forward.”

Worlds - He will let Stephen compete? Really? Keegan - you won’t even make the alternate list for Worlds

4CC - @4everchan See! Keegan wants to do 4CC afterall. You mentioned he is only interested in the Olympics. I guess, if Roman retires, the spots would go to Aleksa, Wesley and him. So, essentially, he would block your John (new generation) from a big international event

Maybe they won't ask him

I guess 4CC is soon enough for him to want to do it as he has been training. I hope Skate Canada is smart enough not to give it to him.

I forgot Keegan didn’t even have the Tech minimums for Worlds. He mentioned he would let the new generation go to Worlds instead like he is doing us a favour when he doesn’t even meet the criteria to go to Worlds. He isn’t letting anybody in. He doesn’t meet the requirements.
