2025-26 Coaching, Country and Discipline Changes

There were photos on Finland's fed's FB from that Vierumäki camp, and the photos were taken by Nikolaj Majorov. Maurizio also appeared at those photos, so is this clue they are training with Maurizio's team? So far nothing is told officially. This is just speculation, as there were skaters from 13 countries, so there has been also other coaches.
Well his current coaches are going into retirement aren't they? So this is not such a crazy idea, plus Finland isn't too far from Sweden, so not a bad idea.

I think they are. A better clue is that they posed on the fellow photo on Hector Gonzolez IG story of his 20th birthday party last week, where he wrote "I could not have imagined a better team" after they surprised him with birthday cake. His partner Lara Sundberg was on the photo as well, with Juulia and the Taschlers that are all coached by the same team. They havn´t confirmed anything yet, I don´t know why they are waiting since they both appeared on Filip Taschlers IG story and now Hectors implying they are part of the team. Like pointed out, they are looking for a new training base since their coach is retiring. Maybe everything is not sorted out yet fully and there are contracts that needs to be finished before they can offiically confirm it, but it appears they have been in Finland for some time training along with the teams and become part social circle of the other teams.

I am not supposed to write on GS from my phone... it gets me in so much trouble LOL.. Damn autocorrect.
Usually I don't notice typos because my brain autocorrects and it works better than the computer does. But for some reason, this one puzzled me. I thought you were alluding to some obscure skating joke involving Daniel Grassl a pipe. I owe a vote of thanks to @withwings for clearing it up for me!

Oh, dear, you take it too seriously! it was a very sunny autocorrect and it is and was more than ok for you to write on your phone for GS!!
P.S. When I read your post, my brain, knowing that you are knowledgeably in music, at first connected pipe to be a musical instrument :-) and then later what you really meant :-)
All this ( autocorrect) is just like a sparks of life to make life more colorful!

Haruna Murakami, former Japanese skater who recently switched country to represent Australia, announced that she's currently training under coach Hayashi at Kurashiki Ice Arena (during the week) and under coach Nagamitsu at Kanku Ice Arena (on weekends).
Previously she was coached by Hamada at Kinoshita rink.

I think Frangipani might do well with some Edoardo De Bernadis choreo. I have a soft spot for De Bernadis since he choreographed for Giada Russo, particularly her "Red Violin" program - a masterpiece!
i like it too, i think it's a good fit
Probably, the hope is that Daniel will never portray a pope ever again! 😉
why are you taking us literally? :ROFLMAO:

Ah, so she's just changed countries, but is contining to train in Japan. How many spots does Australia have for women? Isn't Hana Bath doing really well in Australia?
