@norwegianfairytale Also, to me, Mia was wonderful and was robbed with PCS. To me, she gave the best free skate of this competition and I would have given her a higher score. She should have scored higher and I will add Mia to my list of skaters who I will root for, in the future. It seems like the judges were too hesitant to give out high PCS scores until the latter stages, and that shouldn’t happen. But, at least she made it to the podium

At least she wasn´t so obvious robbed in PCS in her SP. I was expecting a bit higher for her given she was skating in the last group. I´m a bit irritated but not discouraged, and I don´t think Mia is either. She always takes her score with dignity, and I think this will just fuel her to work harder on components going further She is climbing the world rankings so that is going to help her at Euros for sure.

so... I think there is no prize money.. I read the document and it's not mentioned like it is for GP or ISU championships

yes.. I think that's how they did it in the past but I didn't see it in the announcement...

Outside of Maddie, they don’t get that much international exposure. You can see how much this helps a skater like SMD who is learning to put a 3A in competitions
I think Maddie got six events and finally seems to be peaking after a lot of events.
This was SMD’s third.
Gabby only got one event so far. I wish they would have given her Golden Spin to compete one more time. How can an athlete make a case, with just one event?
Kaiya (178) got two events, which is fair

However, Uliana should have been sent here. She has been scoring 170+ domestically consistently and only received the skate Canada event, where she skated nervously because that was only her second ever international event. To just get one event per season, doesn’t help these skaters. I hope Skate Canada takes note of SMD performance here and sends out our 4-6 skaters out more.
