Japanese Fed published a memo recently that they will send one man, woman and ice dance pair amongst those who don't have the international tech minimums for Olympics. It will be based on the scores during the national competitions:
  • for women: 205+ total score during the sectional competition,
  • for men: 271+ total score during the sectional competition,
  • for ice dance: total TES counts, not total score. The minimum is 85 TES for a pair which would get a slot for Japan during the Beijing qualifying event, for any others the minimum is 98 TES.
If multiple athletes without minimums pass this criterium, the person/team with the highest score will be sent.

Not sure actually. From what I understand the 19.99 is an early bird offer and both are only valid for Golden Spin. All stream means all event days I think. If you only want to buy the stream for one day it's 9.99

yes but the Tallinn stream is also Ice-Stars.tv and it says it's valid until 31st December. So maybe we can get Tallinn and Zagreb for 19,99... I think 19,99 is early bird price and 24.99 is regular price. I'll ask them if we buy all of Ice-tv until 31. December or if we buy one competition that can be rewatched until 31st December.

I had to buy Lombardia and Nepela seperately and the expiration date for these was the same too...it's always worth a try asking but I think it's really just for one event.

They are just telling you you can view the stream till Dec 31, a much better deal than having the the stream being live only or up for 3 days, for a sample.
