Well I knew about Frangipani. He decided to stay in my sun room this weekend.

But all these w/d : if it's anything like it is here, with the many viruses going around, +fatigue, I am not too surprised. May the skaters rest well before the holidays and have a wonderful 2nd half of the season.

185, she hasn't gotten it and I don't think she would get it here.

I agree about that, I hope that is the strategy they are going for, but I´m also afraid that all this overwork actually has gotten into her now in some way Since there are only a few events that would count towards this requirement, there isn´t much left is there? I wish her all the best and hope she can have a good rest now. Any idea when her last chance will be to get the score, is Euros too late? I do think Nationals could count for that score though, so she might be focusing on that which could be a good strategy with possible inflated scores.

Bekker/Hernadez is sensible. They have just competed three weeks in a row (GPx2 and then our Nationals).

Part of the reason why I now leave doing my Predictions until the start orders are up. (Which is not ideal in a week like this when there are multiple rounds happening, all of which are starting first thing in the morning).

I don't know now, but there always manages to be some sort of drama around the Golden Spin that affects our ability to follow it.

And on that note, I'm away to start on my GP Final Predictions.

As all other Finnish women have wd, Iida Karhunen is on. My guess is as their chance to get the EC or Olympic spot over Olivia/Iida are so minimal, they are concentrating to nationals next week.

All entries on Picks Contest has been updated I will still try to monitor pages, but it's a mess since the results entries and ISU entries are not syncing.
