2025 Japanese Nationals - Women's FS

I don't know. She is not that impressive when pressure is eating her alive. That 3L and 3S was barely made.Literally on the ground... Mental work to regain her confidence is really needed.

With Mone I was holding my breathe during the 3S and 3Lo jumping passes!!

Wow!! Mone earned her Olympic skate!!
What a redemption skate after what she did at GP Finals!!

I’m clapping and yelling!! I’ve almost lost my voice!! What an amazing final flight so far!! Wow!!

off the podium for now, but with just Mao and Kaori left she's 100% going to the Olympics with a GP Final medal and being in the top 3 of senior-eligible skaters

A really good recovery from Ami after that opening 3A, she lost a lot of points on that element but the rest of her elements are done with such quality that she will likely stay in the top two. She could have spiralled after that mistake and started to worry about her Olympic spot, but she rallied herself and did the rest of her program cleanly. She is wonderful to watch, the performance dropped a bit after the 3A mistake but she brought it back for the step sequence.

I was just hoping Nakai wouldn’t Zayak. Because that pop on the opening axel was one of those funky ones that can be called as a downgraded 3A or 2A. She’s going to fall below Chiba.

Ami dis amazing as well. Axel went all wrong but the rest was very, very solid. She was more cautious and didn't have the spark she had in the GPs but that's completely understandable. I think she did enough. What a season she's having :)
